Digital Wall Clock
When connecting a model DDC4R or DDC4RS digital wall clock using the
SWIFT-485+, do not use the black/white wire (communication ground). The
red/white wire makes the positive connection to the SWIFT-485+, and the
gray/white wire makes the negative connection to the SWIFT-485+. Digital
wall clocks can communicate at a rate of 2400, 4800 or 9600 baud. (See the
Owner’s Manual for setting the baud rate).
Mini-Master
When connecting an LTR-0 mini-master using the SWIFT-485+, do not use
the black wire (communication ground). The white wire makes the positive
connection to the SWIFT-485+, and the yellow wire makes the negative
connection to the SWIFT-485+. Mini-masters can only communicate at a rate
of 9600 baud.
Sonachron
When connecting a DWA-S Sonachron using the SWIFT-485+, do not use the
black wire (communication ground). The white wire makes the positive
connection to the SWIFT-485+, and the yellow wire makes the negative
connection to the SWIFT-485+. Sonachrons can only communicate at a rate of
9600 baud.
